I'm going to quit my job, my t today said that it is in fact causing me much more stress than it should be, that it's making things much worse for me and getting better. I knew this but I was going to ask for a raise on the first and if I didn't get the raise (I've been here two years on the first and make less than when I started) I would quit, but truth is the .50 they will give me more an hour, or even 5.00 more an hour raise I would get wont stop me from working where I work. It wont fix anything except finances if that. It wont have me working somewhere else so I'm going to quit on the first. I can't get better mentally when I'm in such a toxic environment.
