Hi, I'm pretty new here and glad I found a forum like this but unfortunately it doesn't seem very active. So i guess ill try to comtribute. I just got diagnosed with ADHD and mild depression. I'm only finly writing this because the adderall is helping. This is day one for me. So in an effort to get this forum going, if you have any questions or comments about my medication, feel free to ask me. I'll try to update my progress as well. I am male and 30 in case anyone is wondering.
