Hi MissCath, I had surgery in Oct 2011 after 5.5 years of pain. Unfortunately,my surgery failed and now I have to go have surgery again in Germany this August definitely do as much research as you can before making any decisions... And 2nd, 3rd,&4th med opinions can't hurt. Best of luck to you!
