Its something i experience often so i can relate to the emotional vacancy when anhedonic. It is a common bipolar depressive symptom its what causes 'affect' lack of expression. Anhedonia was one of the four key diagnostic symptoms of melancholic patients in asylums between the 1700s and 1900s.
