I've been on Geodon for a couple of years now, at varying doses. The only real side effect I've had is tiredness, and I found that I have to split my dose into twice daily, otherwise I get some anxiety and restlessness during the day if I only take it at night. If I only take it in the morning, I can't sleep at night.

I have heard of people getting involuntary muscle movements - in fact it is listed as a potential side effect, with the worse case scenario being tardive diskenisia, which is an abundance of twitching and uncontrollable movements that antipsychotics can cause. I would definitely bring these things up to you pdoc. The dosage might be able to be adjusted to curb some of those side effects. Good luck.
