Thank you to PsychCentral for the birthday message. That was really nice to receive this morning.
Another year goes by, and here I am. Feeling a bit alone, my head is really a messed up place to be. My daughter contacted me, and that is always wonderful. But I don't expect to hear from my son at all. Which makes me sad.
Ok, stay positive.... going out to lunch today, and will try my luck a little at the casino. Not too much though, I really need to get some good food in this house so I can lose a few pounds.
I went for a walk yesterday morning before it hit 90 degrees, but today slept in a bit too long. I'll have to try for tomorrow AM.
I'm making beaded jewelry, and enjoying that. I would suggest to anyone who is depressed to try to pick up a hobby. It is hard sometimes to get started on it, but once I do I enjoy the finished piece.
Going to see my Doctors next week maybe we can get my meds to work on this damn anxiety.
