Apparently I have four major problems:
General Coping (68)
Depression (58)
Self-Esteem (92)
Posttraumatic Stress (100)

So, the first two (General Coping and Depression) don't seem too bad (68 and 58) and I don't really remember a time when I wasn't like that, so I'm not freaked out about those. The third one (Self-Esteem) doesn't surprise me. What does is PTSD!
I guess I always associated it with war veterans and that type of thing.
It scares me that I wasn't even somewhat aware of this.
Any advice on how to go from here?? I'm just kind of shocked.
