Anger is usually a symtom of other feelings that may be feeling and too scared to face them. I've seen people in my life that its easier for them to be angry and to act out of anger. When you think about when you are angry, you are in control, it is your way to push others away, to be defensive so that others may not hurt you any further. With anger its easier to live by instead of the blind pain of disappointment and pain in life that numbs people from day to day. So ask yourself where could this anger becoming from... what have led to you being so angry and ask yourself what else could you have been feeling before the rage seeped in.
