 My switching is getting way out of hand.We call our alters "Our People" We can't help it. T came right out and "boy you must have a head ache from so much switching" I can't keep up with a conversation with any one because of the constant switching. Some one inside is suggesting that perhaps the constant switching is so that we don't feel the "F" words....you know feelings. This part is telling me if one part stays out too long there is a risk of feeling uncomfortable emotions that we are Not ready for at this time. eeeek help!!!
