Hi Katie,
From just reading your post, it seems to me that your mom is still experiencing delusions, and it also sounds like she's suffering from paranoia as well, if I understand correctly. (Did she feel "attacked" when you called the dog to play? That sounds paranoid to me.)
If she is still experiencing delusions, then what you perceive to be lies and accusations from your mom, may be perceived as "truths" to her. That's what a delusion is: it's "an unshakable belief in something untrue." You are correct to say that it's irrational.
Now, I'm not a health professional or anyone with diagnostic experience, and even if I were, without seeing or knowing your mom, it's just pure speculation.
Does it help to understand that, when your mom speaks to you this way, that it's the illness talking? You are living in a truly difficult situation that I can't even begin to imagine. I agree with emoangel about getting some assistance for yourself. Talking with a counselor at school, or sharing your feelings with friends or relatives may help you deal with things.
Best wishes,
splash
