Would it be a good idea to completely cut out some sources of carbohydrates and replace it with others? I'm considering cutting wheat, pasta, cereals, rice, and potatoes, and whatever else I can think of, out of my diet, and replacing them instead with vegetables and fruits. Would this have any health benefits or not? I've read that the human body can easily live without wheat and cereals since they are a product of agriculture, but is this true of things such as potatoes too?
