The reason why I was getting mad was because, I needed him to pay attention. I mean I understand we have to do that silly review and it's not a long process, but I needed him to listen. When he opened the file that is when started getting mad.
I see him once a month and when I go in I want that time for me, not just for the review. He did not apologize, but he fixed the problem by talking and then doing the review later in the session.
My point was I would have been passive aggressive about it and instead i told him right there and then when it was happening. A huge step for me.
