I had some of these symptoms with high aldosterone levels in my blood. they have to actually check for that, I guess.
they say it could be a tumor on my adrenals or pituatary. it's not my adrenals as I had a CT.
My mom has hypoglycemia too. That causes tiredness.
Perhaps it's the antidepressant though.
