Oh my dear Daily, you REALLY need to talk to a therapist and TELL him what happened to you, INCLUDING the AWFUL rape by your commander!! That was terrible, and he had NO right to do that to you. He USED you because he was your commander -- and because he knew he was "over' you in rank. He knew that if you said anything, you would get fired. He was WRONG -- VERY wrong, and he's a PIG!! He needs to be stopped!!
You have got to talk to a therapist, sweetie, so you can learn how to deal with this anger and resentment. You need to know that it WAS NOT your fault! You did NOTHING WRONG. You were raped by an animal!! He prowls on women who can do nothing!!! This wasn't your fault and you couldn't do anything about it, honey. PLEASE BELIEVE THAT!
Please call a therapist, will you? Please? You do need some help in dealing with this. You won't regret it, I promise you.  And I DO care about you. I'm NOT just saying that!
