The irritability, suicidal thoughts, Lack of sleep/too much sleep could be depression, in fact, the sleep issues would be more depression related then bpd.. The not knowing who you are could be related to your age, and the stage of life you're in. There's many people your age when transitioning from teen to young adult don't fully know who they are.

It's also possible to have a primary diagnosis, and the traits of something else. You're always welcome to post here, ask questions, but be sure to see someone to be properly diagnosed.
I agree with you on that one, not to seem self centered, but Im only 20yrs old will be 21 in 3 months and idk what is going on with me, and just because I fit in with everyone on the bpd forum doesn't necessarily mean I have bpd, I do show traits though as with a few other disorders. I know that tomorrow Im going to see someone to get another evaluation since I haven't had one since I was 12 and they at the time couldn't figure out if I was MDD or bi-polar, so this is a good time for me to get another evaluation. I do know that I have anger issues and sometimes violent outbursts, I can go 24 to 48 hours on 0-3hrs of sleep, I have social anxiety pretty bad, can't connect with people my own age or make friends, even if I want to. Never been in a relationship so idk what that would be like, and I tend to be very clingy to my mom and grandparents, among other issues too many to name. Some are new within the past few years and other I've always had since childhood. im also in an identity crisis at the moment not knowing who Iam and I seem to be in a foggy reality at the moment, and feel like my mind is splitting down the middle (might be age related).

My point is we're not going to know what's going on with us unless we get a professionals insight and help. Hugs to everyone
