I would personally choose a babysitter. My sister and I calm eachother down via phone during panic attacks coz we don't live close to eachother. But that's only really helpful when you catch it early, so you have to be super aware of the warning signs and worsening of symptoms. Do you have meds for them? What causes them? How often do you get them? What are the chances of having 1 in your husband's absence? I ask bcoz you and hubby both seem certain you'll have 1... Are you aware that worrying about a panic attack is likely to cause 1?
