So now that it appears things have settled out with my depression I'm struggling with where to go in therapy. The one subject I've really needed to work through is the death of my sister and I have tried to approach this subject but every time I wind up severely depressed. So my debate is whether or not to try again or maybe try something else. If I try something else I don't know what that would....mindfulness. That is the other thing I need to work on.
