I do have skype on my iphone and ipad....she does have skype on her laptop
Can i really use skype to just call her with voice and get that low of a rate?

She does not have skype on her phone though she has a very very basic and cheap phone that she is just using while she is in that country.

I am waiting for her to get online. I hope its soon. I need a good three or four hours to talk to her today.
