You may need an adjustment or change in your meds.,often after time passes from being discharged, pdoc's will (or should be doing) monitor the meds and see how the patient is doing.
You should definately take this up with your pdoc. and check out what is happening and what other options there are.
When I went to hospital, the meds and doses they gave me for 10 days, were changed after my discharge and pdoc appts.
