I'm doing ok; really. Took a Beta-blocker this morning so as not to need a benzo and that's all. Waiting for my AD and Sodium Valporate.
I'm not sure what to expect. I actually am feeling very chilled out; almost too mellow.
It's almost turning into a stand-off with myself, where I can see myself testing myself to see how long I can go without the meds.
