I'm sorry that you're having such a rough time right now.

It isn't uncommon for disability cases to be denied once or twice before finally being approved in court. Having all of your doctors notes: with symptoms, tests, diagnoses, treatment/s, and prognoses available immediately to Social Security and the courts often helps a lot!

Are you fighting with the other driver's insurance company or your own? About 1 1/2 years ago, a snowplow backed up into me. Right into the drivers door, breaking the window & mirror, cracking my windshield. Completely his fault, but he denied it. At that time, I only had liability insurance, so I was pretty sc rew ed! I had to wait a month, in February (and it was bleeping COLD that month here), to replace those things myself. I was reimbursed 50% of the cost. Not a happy time though.
