Thank you everyone. I just got out today, after about 8 days in the hospital. I am doing much better now, not 100% but better then before. I havent thought or planned my suicide since i have been there, which before i went IP i was planning my suicide out. So that is good I have also not been self harming nearly as much or as severe and im working my way down to none at all
