You should read up on BPD before you meet with the personality disorder team. Possessing that knowledge will help with understanding and questioning, since medical experts are often reluctant to explain in detail.

I have read a lot about BPD, and have found books written for clinicians were the best source for explaining the diagnostic criteria. People in this forum have also recommended a lot of good books for laypeople.
