I've noticed that I don't have an issue telling- telling what has happened- what circumstances have occured in life. My issue just lies in who I tell. I can tell my therapist or a close friend easy. But, what about the most important people in your life-family members! Those are the hardest people to tell! & I mean, in general, not just abuse secrets but, painful memories. whose with me on this? They can tell things to people, they just can't manage to tell the issue to the ones who matter the most.
