Sorry about that! I know that feeling though. I have had more than one occasion where I wanted to go ape***t at work because of some silly thing, or my reaction being out of proportion to the reality of the situation. Kudos to you for being healthy enough to take a break and gain perspective! There is this really cool little book I found called: Mindfulness to Go: How to Meditate While You're On the Move.
