That's very good of you to offer that to the member...hopefully an equal response is coming.

If it makes you feel any better, I, also, felt like "HUH? telling someone who is being triggered to take care of the anger problem????" I chose not to respond at the time... guess that was good decision? hehehe

PTSD is quite a beast... society "requires" us to respond appropriately, even when we are (temporariliy?) unable. Unless you suffer with it, you can't really know what is being felt.. and to understand??? I'm still working on that!
