I know what you mean. I find I don't talk a lot in social situations either. I think it has to do with the fact that I'm introverted, so I tend to think introspectively.

Another thing is, I cannot do small talk, so I tend to kind of dive right in, which tends to push ppl away. I dont talk about my issues, as I feel its very private, and also because I'm afraid that people might get sick of me.
