i am new to all this talking stuff and new to here, i dont know where to start and probally shouldnt be here, on paper i have 'everything' good job (albeit under threat of redundancy) 3 good friends and two gorgeous kids (mostly grown up) but i just dont want to be here, i have constant random thougts and want to hrt myself and believe that no one likes me, i am a total waste of space and really dont deserve to be here.
