You must be around me...power outages and heat here(Fairfax Va).....How about a walk.....go out for dinner.?.........exercise in your apt. till you are exhausted...?............meditation?.......can you call a friend?........benedryl would help.........just be careful with it..........
Sorry you feel so bad..........I have xanax which helps...used it for many years and never upped the dose.......have you drank or eaten anything with caffeine?....coffee, soda, chocolate.......don't want to touch any of that...you will just feel worse!
