Good for you for throwing it away - I think that takes a lot of courage. I know you did end up injuring yourself, but now you can start over fresh again, and without the implement there it will be easier not to hurt yourself (or at least that is the case for me). Again, just wanted to congratulate you on that, because I know it can be hard to get rid of these things! That takes a lot of courage, and I think it's a really wise thing.

I hope the new meds will help, that sleep will help....and also that the next appointment with the doc will go well and things will start looking up for you. Thinking of you.
