Thank you, both of you. I will take both your suggestions into consideration.

With the bright lights, it doesn't seem to make a difference to me. If anything, sitting in the sun helps. Not sure about heat, but I think the worst trigger for me is stress that has eased, then my brain relaxes after the tension of the stress has released, causing it to expand and make my head very painful - I think that's how it works for me, anyway. The stress is over now, though, so hopefully the migraines are wearing off as the stress eases more and more.
