OCD symptons are very difficult to pinpoint a perfect medication to rid you of these problems. I don't take any medications because I'm quite sensiive to most antidepressants and nueroleptics. I have heard that litium can decrease some symtoms of OCD, however, this is just my opinion. I hope you find some assistence with finding the right medication that will work.
