My point was, and is, that if someone was suing Myspace, then it would not be up to myspace to "not go to court." They wouldn't be able to settle just to stay out of court. It has to be up to the ppl bringing the lawsuit, as to decide whether to settle, or pursue it to court. People usually settle when the money is enough to soothe their feelings or pay the bills. There are others who wish to make the corporation (i.e.) an example, and insist on making the accusation, and the facts, public. TC!
