I'm sorry u had a bad time having a mri. Ive had tons of them. where I live at there r open mri's I have had problems in the past with the closed ones (I have to spend up to 3 1/2 hrs) medicaid evan pays for it in NY.
maybe u could look into the one were you just sit up and only ur head is enclosed, I feel badly hearing about ur problem cause I used to be so scared to get mri tested.
