I agree with Unhappyguy-- Can you talk to a school councilor about this-- The emotional and verbal abuse is horrible of what is going on here from your parents-- it is leading you to addiction it sounds like (with drinking and smoking and loving it for it gets you away-- i have been there and it is a rough thing to get out of once you start and it is better to nip that in the butt sooner rather than later)-- in other words, I really encourage you to find some sort of help of finding better coping skills than the drinking and numbing out the pain with drugs.
