You hit the nail right on the head, Jess!! Some of us have brought up that point as well. Sad to say, parents these days let anything else do the "babysitting" for them; from TV all the way up to school teachers! During the sting, at least a couple of TEACHERS were caught! One of them swore that this was his first time, yet he was charged with 18 counts!! Parents are either too busy making a living or they're in denial; GENERALLY speaking, of course!
