Well, after a long road of slowly setting limits, I have to see my great aunt who did csa. Irs my grandpas funeral and she will be there With family help I avoided her last week, and was able to be with gpa when he died. I know she is going to make a scene when I don't hug her, gave never set that limit before. Gonnna try and remember that i can walk away, and can only control my actions....Helps some to post knowing folks who are working on healing are seeing this...
