I've mentioned PC to T a few times. I get really triggered by the abuse forum so he asks me why I go on it? But I don't really talk too much about the psych forum... I usually say a friend told me... or a friends has a stray that has puppies or I read online to my H and my T... My T sent me articles about ending therapy that were from PC once and since then I haven't mentioned the forum... I thought maybe he would come read it.
