I'm am sure that you will somehow come through on Saturday. Like you said, "I've never not been able to perform when promised."

I don't know how you feel about taking medicine; maybe you could get on a nasal steroid tomorrow just to help take care of the sinus infection. As for the crying, maybe you could pretend that you are singing it to a crowd of dogs dressed up in people's clothing (or whatever image you would find amusing). Some people do that when they do public speaking.
