Does Bordeline means Poverty ?

It's not that I can't do the jobs intellectually, but my relation to others is difficult, when I have to talk in a formal matter, I choked. It impairs my capacity to do "normal work" as to others.

I'm scared of my future.

I would welcome answers, opinions and advices.
