Hi Tinkerbell ~ From the little that I have read from you, I can say that you are definitely NOT evil ! You are kind and caring and GENUINE! I don't think there's an evil bone in your body. 
There are times when we all think evil thoughts - we wouldn't be human if we didn't. But that doesn't make US evil.
Of course you were meant to be born!!! God put you here for a reason! It's up to you to figure out what that reason is. And it's NOT to cause misery. Maybe it's to help others like us, or help the elderly, or work with children or animals, or whatever you're interested in. But certainly NOT misery!!!
