Anxiety is usually a part of depression. You might be already taking meds for it. Sure, tell your therapist how you are feeling. That is what they are there for.

You might need a different med or they may want to up you current med. It's so important to be your own advocate. No one will know how you feel unless you tell them. I also have a generalized anxiety disorder with major depression. Its controlled by good meds and I am lucky. I do have occasional anxiety, and its a bear, but no more do I get those terrible panic attacks I used to constantly have.
