I think with the right job, a Borderline can work successfully. I've been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder and I have great difficulty working. I, too, have a hard time when dealing with others at the workplace. I've either been fired or quit my jobs due to my failing mental health. It's not easy to work for me, but I am trying to get back to work. Mental Health has a program where I live that helps the mentally ill get back to work where you only work a couple times a week. I recently applied for this program and will be starting it soon. Maybe you can find a program like this in your local community. Good luck.
