I went to the emergency room three times in a week because my anxiety peaked when a past abuser moved to my home town. Eventually they referred me to a local mental health clinic that only charges $2 per visit. Its been wonderful help. Im in a small town, if we have it im sure tour location will too. Try talking to the hospital or a local free clinic, the resources are out there you just have to look.
And i dont recommend digging up your past just yet, especially if you dont have a therapist to help you sorth through it, theres a reason you dont remember
