You sound like you are doing pretty good!

I hope you are.
Yes, Utah has been suffering from the drought for about the last 5 years I think. It looked like we were close to pulling out of it this year, but we had a very warm March and the snow melted too early, so there goes all our water.
The goats and sheep are fine - we have some really cute lambs this year but no goat kids (didn't breed any because I was cutting down in preparation for trying to go to graduate school). We are expecting a llama cria this month too! That will be a first for us. I won't get into that too much here since it's mostly on my website, with pictures even.

School - fall semester was a struggle because one of my depression symptoms was that I could not for the life of me concentrate on reading. But I got straight A's anyway. Spring semester has been much easier. The concentration problem started getting better sometime in February, and I have really enjoyed my classes. I have less than a month left and I will be sad when it is over. I didn't apply to enough graduate schools (only 3) and one sent a rejection letter very early, while the other two have not made a decision yet. I wrote to them and one had about 700 applicants this year for 10 slots, so they are just trying to get through that mess. The other one told me that I am in the alternate pool, so there is some chance that I could be considered yet if someone who has received an offer from them turns it down. But I'll probably have a year off and be applying again next year. Maybe I'll write a book or something.
One of these days people are going to learn not to ask me about my life in threads like this because I actually take them literally and tell them about it.

Thanks for asking though.

I am really glad that you are back - I missed you in your absence.
<font color=orange>There is an easy answer to your problem that is neat, plausible, and wrong.
