due to various mental instabilities...in particular personality didorder, I am allergic to facebook and related social media...also my adhd brain cannot cope with all the information and after a couple weeks trying it out I went completely nuts on there! and will never 'log in' there again.

...I basically just don't understand the concept, it was invented way after I learnt how to already stuff up socially so I don't need another reason to make a fool out of myself.

basically it scared the crap out of me!
