Maybe you feel burnt out, I went through the same thing. Is 'a course', a semester? It might be different from my school. Plan your daily schedule and stick to it, make sure you get enough sleep and eat right. It also helps to journal which helps with organization , find out what you find relaxing. I take a hot bath, walk my dog, talk it out.

You said you need a degree, what are the reasons, are you doing it for yourself or because you feel forced to/because you just need it? When is your next break from the courses?
