sorry i didn't get back sooner.

well i ended up not handing it in... i even brought it along to the session, put it on the table... told her not to read it, and then took it back home with me

i was also unable to answer most of the questions in the therapy sessions honestly, if at all.
it was a mess.
so i've been signed off.

A big part of the mess is living with my NPD dad and my concerns about having NPD myself. which was throwing a big spanner in the works.

i want to face my demons, but it seems i've built my whole life around avoiding them... so i've got a big drop when i do...
