As suggested, Coping with Emotions or Anxiety Forums would work just fine for stress related issues. Also, if it's about work, we do have a new forum for work related issues, if it's about a relationship, there is always the Relationship & Communications Forum as well.
The "Other Mental Health Issues" forum is for subjects that don't fit anywhere in our many specific forums and subforums. There is a lot of action in this forum and threads get moved off the first page very quickly. So to receive the best number of reads and supportive help, it's always best to find the right forum for your subject.
