on motorized: remember to check ground clearance. If all you will be is on pavement, np, but if you will be stuck from time to time at no curb cut, or on uneven surface, you will want more than 3" of ground clearance.
There are tires that inflate (and go flat) and there are no=flat tires. I can't remember but it seems the no flat tires are firmer and will give a harder ride. meaning you need a thicker cushion seat bottom.
There are seats that curve slightly in at the edge from sides, which helps those who have limited leg control, to keep their legs secure/together.
